Each partner in the French Renovation Studio works in his or her own time, as we all have a main job and are therefore not paid on a monthly basis to carry out this project.
Nevertheless, such a project has a cost. It’s currently estimated at over €1,000,000. That’s why we’re preparing a funding application to the CNC (Centre National du Cinéma) for the equivalent of up to 50% of the cost, an application to the Conseil Départemental de Bretagne and the forthcoming launch of a crowdfunding campaign on KickStarter.
To date, we have personally invested €17,000.
